the lodge provided both tents and chalets, and we opted for a chalet with an enclosed bathroom. the chalet had mesh screen walls and curtains for privacy, along with an overhead fan, although it could have been better positioned. the lodge's pool and bar area were excellent for relaxation, while the restaurant allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views of the nearby riverbed.
There were some maintenance issues, such as worn-out mattresses in the luxury lodge and mosquito nets that needed cleaning.

Located along the banks of a picturesque river, this lodge offers a unique experience for couples seeking adventure. Guests can enjoy stunning views of wild animals such as hippos and elephants right from their rooms. The lodge's restaurant serves delicious food and quality wine, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Additionally, the outdoor shower in the Luxury Tents provides a refreshing and intimate bathing experience.
The lodge's restaurant lacks a romantic ambiance and can be quite empty, especially during off-peak seasons.

We had an incredible stay at a lodge in the heart of a game reserve. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. We enjoyed watching a family of hippos by the bar and were entertained by mischievous monkeys. The tranquil location in the bush was a peaceful escape. The highlight was spotting elephants during the dry season. I highly recommend this lodge for a true safari experience.
